Each Fall, the 32nd Degree Masonic Learning Centers for Children hold
Walkathons as a fundraiser for the Centers. This gives an opportunity
for the local Masonic Lodge members, parents of the Center's children and
the local community to support the Centers. We have six Centers in New
Jersey and they are doing an outstanding job of helping children with
Dyslexia and other reading disorders. As you know, without the ability
to read, a young person's future is in jeopardy. Please consider
supporting your local Center's Walkathon. All help is sincerely
appreciated.
15% of all school-aged children experience frustration and
discouragement on a daily basis as they struggle to acquire the
reading, spelling and writing skills that are required for success
in school and life. We have many more children that need our
help.
Won't you support our Masonic Children's Learning Centers?

A MATTER OF HONOR
Remember when a man's word was his bond? When a handshake sealed the
deal? When a man's honor meant more than words on a piece of paper?
There are still men who believe in moral and ethical behavior. Men who
know that character does matter.
Who are these men? They are 32º Freemasons. |
On behalf of these men,
Welcome to our website.
We hope your visit is an enjoyable one. We recently modified the content
to better serve our members and visitors. As information comes to
the webmaster, it will be posted. Hopefully this will keep our members
and visitors better informed of the activities and upcoming events of
our Valleys. The links on this site are for both members and
visitors alike. There should be enough for everyone to spend a few
minutes with us. Stop by for awhile and learn about our Valley's and the
Learning Centers. | |

Schizophrenia Research
Well before the federal government took a major interest in finding the
answers to the riddle of schizophrenia, Scottish Rite Masons took their
first steps toward a solution to this debilitating condition. In the more
than half a century that has elapsed, this program has funded grants to
doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, and scientists who continue to
investigate promising leads which hopefully will reveal the basic caused of
schizophrenia, one of the most prevalent and serious forms of mental
illness.
